Whilst carrying out PPM’s on site, our engineer found the external gas pipe which fed a warm air heater was corroded and leaking, which was isolated and capped. Further investigation found that the existing gas supply was undersized.
Service 2 designed a new gas supply that would be adequate for for use at the Tennis club which consisted of a new underground 125mm HDPE gas supply being laid in a purpose excavated trench.
Service 2 also removed a legionella risk from site by replacing the 300L direct fired gravity fed gas water heater, and replacing it with 2x 300L indirect mains fed pressurised cylinders and a Keaton H45 boiler.
