One of our teams were called out to the Park Inn Hotel in York with reports of no gas in the kitchen. Our engineers attended the site promptly and they quickly diagnosed that there had been a leak on site which had caused damage to the solenoid valve. Following this diagnosis, our engineers returned and installed a new solenoid valve before making sure that the kitchen was safe and back up and running.
