Service 2 successfully completed a comprehensive heating system upgrade for Bradford Girls’ Grammar School’s sports hall facilities. This project involved replacing an outdated boiler system with modern, high-efficiency equipment to enhance reliability, improve energy performance, and ensure consistent heating for this critical educational space.
Challenge
The existing sports hall heating infrastructure presented several challenges:

Solution
Our team designed and implemented a bespoke heating solution tailored to the specific requirements of an educational sports facility:
• Removed the existing outdated boiler system and associated pipework
• Installed two Ideal Evomax natural gas wall-mounted boilers
• Integrated two ACV hot water cylinders to provide reliable and abundant hot water
• Upgraded associated plant equipment including pumps, valves and controls
• Implemented new pipework configurations to optimise system performance
• Completed the project during a scheduled school holiday period to minimise disruption
