As part of a newly partitioned room in their offices, City Exchange commissioned Service2 to install two chilled beams at their Leeds headquarters. This work would ultimately benefit our client by providing temperature control in the new office, saving money on energy bills as well as providing a more comfortable working environment for their office staff going forwards. After an initial site visit to assess the building & discuss requirements, we designed a custom system that exceeded our client’s expectations.
Once our chilled beam system design had been approved, Service2 deployed two experienced teams to carry out the work as agreed over the course of two nights. Work was completed at night in order to minimise any disruption during office hours. As always, all work was completed to the extraordinarily high standards that City Exchange expect & Service2 demand, while fully adhering to all national rules and regulations as well as on-site policies and procedures.
