Service2 operates a longstanding servicing contract with a portfolio of 65 rental homes located in the North of England. This contract requires Service2 to carry out the annual gas servicing every 12 months. Our comprehensive service includes, gas hobs and fires as well as gas, LPG and oil boilers. Once the service is complete, our engineer issues a Landlords Gas Safety Certificate which is essential for the landlords/landladies to comply with UK rental law.
In addition to this service contract Service2 are also committed to attend any plumbing and heating call outs on a 24/7/365 basis. All our engineers are Gas Safe registered and carry their ID badges at all times, so that tenants know who we are and we encourage elderly or vulnerable people to check our engineers ID online before allowing access to the property.
Following our callout, our experienced engineer will also carry out any necessary repair work. We recognise the need for a quick, friendly, reliable service. When things go wrong, our clients look to Service2 in their time of need and we pride ourselves on being there each and every time.
