Service 2 engineers were recently called to attend City Walk, Leeds in order to investigate some issues they were experiencing with their current system.
Following a site visit, our engineers found that the current booster set had failed and the pumps had seized. The mains water was being supplied to a break tank and the water pressure in that area was very low. Service 2 engineers were quickly able to determine that a new booster set was required in order to help meet the demands of the building.
Once our proposed work was approved, our team re-attended site in order to carry out the system upgrade with the installation of a new booster set. Initially, the system was temporarily wired up by our mechanical team as per the pictures. Our electrical engineers attended the following day in order to carry out a 3-phase to single phase conversion, carry out fixed wiring to the new system and certify in accordance with NICEIC regulations.
Work was completed to the highest standards and in full compliance with all relevant regulations as well as onsite policies and procedures.
